U+ System was created to give people back a full life. U+ Help is part of the large U+ System rehabilitation project.
The program was created in the spring of 2022 and is organically developing as a response to the consequences of military operations. During the existence of the program, we have gone from providing emergency medical care to comprehensive rehabilitation.

We provide assistance to citizens of Ukraine who can provide relevant supporting documents.
We accept military and civilians, adults and children – everyone who was injured as a result of Russia’s war against Ukraine.

The queue for assistance to IDPs in the field of hearing aids for the first half of 2025 has already been filled and new applications are not yet being considered. We hope for your understanding!
