Dmytro Oliinyk

Chairman of the Council of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, entrepreneur. Co-founder of many companies, including the Kostopil Glass Factory and Khmelpyvo. Initiated the creation of the project as a platform for cooperation between business and medicine to rehabilitate people affected by the war.

Entrepreneur, co-founder of the Kostopil Glass Factory, Khmelpyvo, and many other companies. He joined the project to combine his business experience with initiatives aimed at helping those affected by the war.

Oleksandra Mostapan

She heads the center's team and combines management work with surgical practice. Her experience includes working in France, frontline medicine, and creating a modern rehabilitation system in Ukraine.

Entrepreneur and volunteer. Since the early days of the war, he has been supporting people and various social initiatives. On the Supervisory Board, he helps develop strategies and partnerships so that good deeds reach those who need support.

Andriy Gryshchenko

Lieutenant General of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, participant in the Russian-Ukrainian war, former commander of the 72nd Mechanized Brigade and former deputy commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Awarded the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky III degree, the Order of Danylo Halytskyi and other state awards.

People's Artist of Ukraine, artistic director of the Osobystosti Theater, TV presenter, writer, and poet. Active member of the Territorial Defense Forces and author of the collection of documentary poetry “Poems from the Trenches,” written based on his personal combat experience and the real-life stories of his comrades.

Entrepreneur, co-founder of the Kostopil Glass Factory, Khmelpyvo, and a number of other businesses. He joined the project with the idea of building a sustainable system that would function not as a one-time charity event, but as a permanent support infrastructure.

An entrepreneur who deals with the strategic aspects of the project, focusing on long-term approaches, strategic planning, and communication between the parties involved, coordination of joint decisions, and preservation of the integrity of the vision.

CEO of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine. Author of a number of important policies and draft laws. Responsible for establishing cooperation with employers, involving companies in reintegration programs, and creating new jobs for veterans and other persons affected by the war.

Inna Andriychuk

Responsible for organizing and ensuring the continuity of the center's work. Coordinates processes between departments, develops an effective operating system, and provides conditions in which the team can work cohesively and patients can receive quality care.

Artem Yakovets

Responsible for managing the center's projects, ranging from social initiatives to international partnerships. Ensures the smooth operation of teams, monitors program implementation, and communicates with partners.

Victoria Kovalchuk

Works with patients after surgery and prosthetics. Restores movement, coordination, and confidence in the body, helping patients return to an active life.

Vladislav Varenik

Coordinates the prosthetics process — from the first fittings to the final result. Works with a team of specialists to ensure that everything is clear, high-quality, and without delays.

Alexander Kushnerenko

He went through the patient's journey and became part of the team. He works with lower limb prostheses, adjusts them, selects them according to weight and needs, and helps patients take their first steps.

Karina Novosad

Ensures daily interaction with patients and the center's team. Organizes the referral process and provides support during recovery, ensuring that each person receives timely attention and support.
